Aim: Security Warehouse aims are simply, to offer professional products to the smaller installer. We offer all the usual brands you expect without any of the 'consumer' products that just don't cut it. We have seen a lot of so called security equipment sites spring up offering 'the best products at the best prices' but we all know that what we fit, we have to support, there is no point fitting something that isn't up to the job just to replace it in 3 months.

Warranty: Security Warehouse negotiates extended warranties for some of the products we sell. These warranties are full manufacturer warranties and we pass these onto you, free of charge. All of our equipment (except refurbished items) carries at least a 12 month warranty, some products have 2 or 3 year warranties and currently all our vista equipment carries a 5 year repair warranty*. We aim to supply all equipment ordered via credit card or PayPal within 72 hours, other payment methods have longer lead times. (Excludes Extinguishers. Due to the weight these are shipped once a week. 

Delivery: We are currently offering free delivery for all orders over £150. Shipped to mainland UK (Zone 1)

Products: We are adding more products to our selection as requested by our customers. If you would like to see a product listed that isn't currently please make a request via the support forum. We can then guage demand etc for the product. Professional installers need the right products at the right time, so we try to offer the products to suit your need.

Technical and Sales Support: We offer technical support via our support forum and ticket system.

Call back: As part of our service we offer a call back service. Please create a support ticket with a contcat number and an outline of the question.

Price Promise: Here at Security Warehouse we aim to have the best prices on the internet. We have a team of people dedicated to ensuring our prices are  the best value online, but if we have missed one please let us know. If you find a better price or genuine offer please report it to our team so that we can better it. Please note our prices do not include VAT this is calculated during the checkout process.
