Fully compatible with Scantronic i-on range and new Menvier panels, Eaton’s two-way KEY-RKPZ keypad enables tidier wire-free domestic installation. The two-way KEY-RKPZ keypad offers the user full access to configure, set or unset the system. At the same time, it allows you – and your customer – welcome flexibility when it comes to choosing the optimum location. Linked wirelessly to its own base station which talks to the control unit via a standard RS485 wired connection.

 

Included in software version 3.16 or above:

Faster simplified setup – The pairing process has been made easier and quicker. When the keypad is powered up for the first time, it will automatically be ready to pair.

 

Better radio performance –  The radio performance has been improved, allowing the keypad and base station to be installed further apart. Compliance to regulatory standards has been maintained.

 

Longer battery life – Changes have been made to extend battery life.  The Prox reader default is now set to off and the touch-to-wake feature has been modified to press-a-key only.
