Shipping & Returns



We utilise a flat rate shipping system up to 10Kg. This rate is currently £7.00 + vat to Mainland U.K. (except Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Northern Scotland) and this will apply to all orders up to £200. Orders over £200, to main land UK, and within weight restrictions,  will receive free shipping. 

We aim to ship all orders within 7 days as our stock is taken from various warehouses,and social distancing measures are in place,  most orders are shipped within 72 hoursWe use a premium carrier who will notify you of your delivery time, sending a text or email of your one hour delivery window.


Orders may arrive in recycled outer boxes

- We reuse and recycle 90% of boxes

- The outer box containing your order may show the name of another product

- Please open your order before reporting packing mistakes


We utilise a variable rate shipping system up to 10Kg. This varies by country and order value. For example to Spain 1 parcel up to 25Kg costs £21.00.


Our prices do not include VAT  this is calculated during the checkout process.


All new products are covered by the manufacturers 12 month Guarantee (unless stated) from the date of delivery. Some products have extended guarantees. Any damage or fault caused by accidental damage, neglect or misuse are not covered by our guarantee. Certain other items such as tapes and other perishable items are excluded.


Where possible all products and descriptions are accurate. All care is taken to ensure this, when mistakes are found they will be corrected. We endeavour to keep product descriptions and part codes accurate to the manufacturer supplied details. Stock counts show current stock counts that are updated at the beginning of each week based on current stock counts and back order levels with our manufacturers.

Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, then please report it to us immediately on our Support System, stating your order reference. Please retain the original packaging and all manuals and leads for returning your order. We will then arrange for collection of the damaged item.

Faulty Goods

If you discover a fault with any of our products please contact our tech support team on our Support System. Most 'faults' are quickly resolved via this. Where a more complicated fault exists one of our tech team will call you back to further diagnose the fault. We do this to try and prevent items being shipped back to us, and when diagnosed found to be fully working. We reserve the right to charge a test fee and shipping on any returned item when tested, found not to be faulty. For obvious defects and/or manufacturers recommendation please notify us and return the items within 28 days of delivery.
Within 28 days of purchase, if your goods are faulty we will offer a prompt replacement of the relevant components. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. A replacement will only be issued when the faulty item provided is in "as new" condition and undergone an initial technical examination. We must be notified of the fault within 28 days of purchase and proof of purchase MUST be provided. If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and within its 12 month guarantee we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge. After 28 days you can also return your faulty goods directly to the manufacturer for repair providing them with proof of purchase. Failure to do so renders the 12 month guarantee invalid and no repair will be made.

Security Warehouse cannot be held responsible or compensate for items damaged in transit, or items damaged in transit and not notified on delivery

Unwanted Items

Goods, which have been ordered incorrectly or are no longer required must be returned unopened and will be subject to a 20% handling fee, if not returned/or notified to us in writing within 14 working days. Goods must be returned as they were shipped (i.e., original packaging, unopened, all documentation and or accessories) if this is not the case the fee may be increased or the items returned.  Goods returned must have the relevant RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging; please do not write on the original product packaging, as this will no longer be deemed as new, a handling charge of 20% will be applied.

All orders are accepted on the terms and conditions unless these terms are varied in writing by an authorised personnel of Security Warehouse Ltd.

Errors, Omissions and Exceptions

While every effort has been made for images and descriptions to be accurate - the information appearig on this site is for guidance purposes only.

We only accept Paypal accounts that have been verified and the address confirmed with Paypal.

Credit Card Payments will only be accepted for UK based cards.

For security reasons we can only ship to the billing address/confirmed address for the first few orders. We do not accept cheques as payment. All payment must be made electronically. 

Manual bank transfers made out of the UK will incur bank charges, we do not cover these, please telephone if you require more information on international charges, which we frequently find are £7.00 per order
