Non VAT purchase

I’m running a security business in Sweden and would like to purchase equipment from you without VAT.
Can you arrange that? Otherwise I will not be able to deduct the VAT from my orders.
Is there any special procedure I need to go through?
I read a previous thread where you replied that one should send an email including VAT number to sales. What adress is that?

Yes it is something that we do. You need to raise a support ticket asking for a vat free account. Please include your vat number and compnay details etc on the ticket. Once that has been approved your account will be set to vat free.
