What do I do with a Faulty Item?If you discover a fault with any of our products please contact our tech support team on our Support Ticket System.
Most 'faults' are quickly resolved via this. Where a more complicated
fault exists one of our tech team will call you back to further diagnose
the fault. We do this to try and prevent items being shipped back to
us, and when diagnosed found to be fully working. We reserve the right
to charge a test fee and shipping on any returned item when tested,
found not to be faulty. For obvious defects and/or manufacturers
recommendation please notify us and return the items within 28 days of
delivery.
Within 28 days of purchase, if your goods are faulty we
will offer a prompt replacement of the relevant components. This does
not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. A replacement
will only be issued when the faulty item provided is in "as new"
condition and undergone an initial technical examination. We must be
notified of the fault within 28 days of purchase and proof of purchase
MUST be provided. If your purchase develops a fault after 28 days and
within its 12 month guarantee we will arrange to repair and return the
product to you free of charge. After 28 days you can also return your
faulty goods directly to the manufacturer for repair providing them with
proof of purchase. Failure to do so renders the 12 month guarantee
invalid and no repair will be made.
Security Warehouse cannot be
held responsible or compensate for items damaged in transit, or items
damaged in transit and not notified on delivery.
What happens if my items are damaged?
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, then please report it to us immediately on our Online Ticket Support System,
stating your order reference. Please retain the original packaging and
all manuals and leads for returning your order. We will then arrange for
collection of the damaged item.
What happens if delivered I no longer want the item?
You
may return unwanted items to us. Any unwanted items must be unopened,
complete, unused and undamaged. We require you ship the items back to us
(at your cost), once received and the contents checked a full refund
will be given, if the items were ordered within the last 7 days, as
stated in the distance selling regulations. If over 7 days we will apply
a 20% handling charge. An RMA number is required on ALL returns. Please
contact us via our Support Ticket System for an RMA before shipping the goods.

What are the shipping costs?
UK
We
utilise a flat rate shipping system up to 10Kg. This rate is currently
£3.99 + vat to Mainland U.K. (except Northern Ireland, Channel Islands
and Northern Scotland) and will apply to all orders up to £200. All
orders over £200, to main land UK, will receive the option of free shipping. We aim
to ship all orders within 5 days as our stock is taken from various
warehouses, most orders are shipped within 72 hours.
EU
We
utilise a variable rate shipping system up to 10Kg. This varies by
country and order value. For example Spain with an order value over £400
costs £9.99.There is a shipping estimate module available while going through the check out procedure before payment. This will show cost of products ordered and clicking 'Shipping estimate' will calculate the shiping costs.
